Comments

The piece is a musical play for 7-9 year old children, with appropriate costumes and masks.

1st version 1966 was written for the Primary Pupils of Fortrose Academy, Classes 3 and 4. (7-9 year age group) performing.

In 1987 the work was updated as part of the Scottish Chamber Orchestra's development programme in schools.
The SCO quartet gave workshops with the pupils from 3 schools before performing the piece with the children, aged 7-9 years
