* Four of these arrangements of Scots Songs were written originally in 1969. Highland Soldier and Queen among the Heather were added in 1991 as the composer's personal contribution to the Bicentenary celebrations for the founding of Fortrose Academy. Hence there was a performance of '4 Scots Songs' in 1970. |
